"Extremely upset with the staff, Especially Danielle a secretary who answered the phone. Super rude, got nasty with me on the phone, I had to tell her not to speak to me that way. Everything has gone downhill since Dr.Beyer has been away. Can't wait until she returns. I took my children to the Urgent care instead, meanwhile my children have been patients there since they were born. The office manager needs to speak to her staff about customer service qualities."

"Staff is not friendly, my children have a better chance to be seen at an urgent care for their physicals and sick visit. No point on having them be listed a doctor when they never have appts. Office needs to be more understanding."

"The office staff is getting nastier and nastier. Be prepared to wait hours to see a doctor when you have an appointment. You have to book well visits 2 months + ahead of time and sick visits can take a week to get scheduled. Your kid won’t even be sick anymore by the time they get in to see them. Now with covid requirements your kids can’t go back to school, no matter what they were sick with, without a doctors note. So be prepared for your kids to miss a week of school for a 1 day cold or bug. They won’t print out vax records when you’re there for vax anymore, you have to request them and it takes 10 days to get them. Makes no sense. I was there for a vaccination appt, and they wouldn’t give my son a note to go back to school because seeing him for vaccinations isn’t the same as seeing him for a sick visit. Need to schedule another visit for days from them. all a money game to get you in for second appt. You’ll never see your chosen doctor, different doctor every time. And be prepared to see a nurse, than have a whole visit with a student, just to have a whole nother visit with a doctor, and then back to a nurse for vaccinations. Literally takes hours. Student is waste of time. They should come in with doctor, not make you see them first separately. This place has turned into A MESS in the last two years. Use to love it here now I tell people not to go here. ."

"I love seeing the physician at the office we haven't had a bad encounter but when it come to getting an appt. for ear infection they have no availability, the LPN that brought my kids into the room was very nasty I didn't even get a name. As a healthcare worker for 12yrs i understand 100% the fear with Covid but we also must remember the patient are just as scared, my kids are not of age to get the vaccine yet so we are extra careful with where they go and still use there masks and carry hand sanitizer. but they were differently made to feel uncomfortable as well as myself."

"We have not had the best experience with the center moriches location. Dr. Ng is a lovely doctor and my child with autism interacts with her very well, but the staff at this office needs an attitude adjustment. Recently, my child needed and appointment, which happened to be on a Wednesday, when apparently, they shut down all pediatric offices for a doctors meeting? It was extremely dissapointing to be greeted with a woman named Maria, who wouldn't even attempt to entertain the idea that my child needed to be seen. When I asked for the office manager, I was told she was at the doctors meeting too. Who is running this place? I was put on hold so another woman, Caroline, could get on the phone and greet me with another condescending tone. She was asked what her position was and she told me she was a "clerk". So, Maria went and got a "clerk" to get on the phone with an upset mother of a child with autism? She then proceeded to try and hang up on me. When I called her out on this she stated she would not be "abused at work." Abused? Who was abusing her? All I wanted was an appointment for my sick child. I asked for a phone call from the office manager and still have not received one. It has been two weeks. My son has autism, he cannot tell me what is wrong when he is not feeling well. We rely on his doctor to help us keep our child well and safe. It is Understandable that doctors need to meet, but you have to close all the neighboring offices as well? I live on the east end, the last time this happened I had to drive all the way to Smithtown for my son's pink eye and ear infection. This time, we went to the wading river office later in the day. They were gracious enough to acknowledge that the doctors were out of their meeting at 1:00 and most certainly could see patients. The staff in the wading river office were soft spoken and kind. The nurse went above and beyond and my son was instantly at ease with her. He saw the PA, Maria that day. I cannot say enough kind things about this woman. It was the most thourough exam my son had ever received. We will certainly be driving all the way to Wading River from now on. It was a lovely experience."
