FORTUNATELY, NOW IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED BY MARIA a wonderful & very friendly woman who was a great waitress at Mina's for many years. Maria is very experienced running a food business in ALL area's of FOOD PREPARATION, SERVICE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, CLEANLINESS & DECOR. The restaurant has been updated with two new beautiful outdoor signs, interior repainted in a bright cheerful color, the service is excellent & the staff is truly friendly, well trained & oh so pleasing. LASTLY, BUT, CERTAINLY THE MOST IMPORTANT, THE MENU IS VERY VARIED & WELL PUT TOGETHER. THE FOOD IS SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS & WELL PREPARED.
