"I had an appointment with the gyn doctor at Premier Urology. Unpleasant experience. I fell off the table when getting up from my exam. I now am dealing with a cast on the ankle. Nursing staff was not available to help me off the table. I am writing this to warn all patients to ask for assistance when getting off the table. I did not feel that the ankle was bruised when I left the gyn.office, but pain and swelling began that night. The following day, I had to go for medical attention. Medical staff did come in when they heard the thump,and did take my vitals. I was so upset and embarrassed. I did go back another day to speak with the administrator and was told that additional training would be given for staff at the facility."

"poor communication. have been waiting over two weeks for an appointment. can never get through on the phone. waited for over an hour. cant schedule online because the doctor isn't listed. very disappointing."

They really care and from the moment you speak to a receptionist over the phone or in person they are very kind and extremely competent. Dr. Soliday‘s nurse Chelsea is extremely kind, compassionate and highly capable of getting solutions quickly. I would never even think of going somewhere else besides them. Dr. Soliday is a experienced, trusted expert in his field and I always enjoy seeing him. Even if it is through difficult situations. Thank you for having this incredible staff at this facility"
