"Never have I experienced showing up for an appointment ON TIME only to be turned around for not showing up early. Hers is idea, if you want people to a come 15 minutes early then book the appointment for that time. Zero consideration for people who have to come in from out of town."

"Garbage at it's finest. Was stuck behind construction vehicle causing us to walk in 1 min before time of appt after over an hour drive. Was turned away by "worker" at desk saying the "man upstairs comes down on them if I wasn't already in the room at the time of my appoointmemt". Worst excuse I've ever heard. At that point a kind woman offered ti give me her appointment, but was turned down. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to them for fear of "The man upstairs...""

"Schweiger dermatology. Dr. came in for about 20 seconds. She looked at huge white bump on nose. Diagnosed as 'infection'. Prescribed antibiotic cream- made it much worse. Here, these strange white growths/bumps, were really calcium deposits & no infection at all. Waste of time/ money."

"I waited 4 months for my first appointment. I was asked, "Please arrive 15 minutes prior," as is typical for many first appointments. I drove 30 minutes from my home, missed the driveway so needed to find a way to turn around on Fairmount - so, instead of 15 minutes early, I was 11 minutes early. I was told I would need to reschedule as I didn't get there 15 minutes in advance. I asked for 4 minutes of grace - as I had waited 4 months, took off work, drove 30 minutes to get there and got a bit lost as it was my first visit. I was told, "I'm sorry, this is a strict company policy - they need the full 15 minutes to prep you for your appointment." I told them never mind on the reschedule, I'd find somewhere else to go. I would suggest they build the prep time into the appointment time, then still ask patients to arrive early, therefore giving a bit of grace for unavoidable problems that can arise."

"Do not come here especially if you have a serious issue or want to feel like you’re being paid the proper attention for your condition. Absolutely not. If I could give 0 I would. There were over 20 people crammed in the office, waiting in the walk-in area then I saw and experienced being turned away for being a single minute late to check in despite having left and hour and a half early and being held up by surprise construction. There was no remorse for turning away my boyfriend even after explaining he had been waiting for months and we drove from Dunkirk. They were insistent it would take him 10 full minutes to do the paperwork and they want him to be ready because they see patients every 10 minutes which is alarming by itself. How can you even properly diagnose and decide an effective route of treatment that would be agreeable with a NEW patient in 10 minutes? Bystanders were appalled by the fact that him and others were turned away for being a minute late because of something out of our control. I’m convinced this place just wants your money and fast."
