"Tried to get quotes for business insurance as well as a few other policies I was considering moving over. Spoke with someone named DeForest who sounded very helpful and excited, but I did not receive the email he said he would be sending me. I called back the next day to make contact again and ensure that he had the correct email address, he assured me he would send the email, and that he had quotes for me. It's now a week later, no email, no call, no follow-up whatsoever. Very disappointed :("
