"Initially, I paid to have my door rekeyed, and paid 200$ over the phone. When the locksmith came, he said my lock couldn't be rekeyed, and that it would need to be replaced completely. Charged me an extra $250. In total, I paid $450 to have my lock replaced for one door, which took about 15 minutes. I urgently needed my locks changed and was under a time crunch, so I had to pay. But afterwards, I realized the price was high. The locksmith (named Eric) smelled like alcohol, and seemed slow/impaired. He also came with another guy which I thought was unusual. He basically told me to not report the extra $250 he charged me, which was very fishy. When I called the KeyMe phone number, they told me the $250 had not been reported. When I told the guy on KeyMe my experience, he mentioned that paying $450 seemed somewhat high, and that typically, locksmiths do not come with an extra person. Overall, it was a very fishy experience, don't recommend this place. I'm waiting to hear back from KeyMe after reporting this."

"The key works great. The issue is it takes to long to arrive. Ask your customer if they prefer to wait a week,, next day to 3 day service. Ask the customer if the would like next service. Add the extra postage to the key. Right now they are to expensive. I know you can do better."
