"Paid for delivery service 2/29 had to wait 7 days for a delivery. To be told how she doesn’t know if the delivery will be delivered. I will have to wait another week for a delivery. That 2 weeks. These people are so unprofessional n inconsiderate. The people are disabled and have no gas to eat food. This place could care less. I’m so not liking this company and I’m considering asking for refund"

"Completely disorganized. Complete lack of communication. Nearly let me run out of Propane in a snowstorm because they are entirely disorganized. Judy seems to be on top of it on the phone, but the follow through is non existent. There are many MANY other propane companies in the area that will actually serve you. Use one of them. ProFlame will only disappoint. The lack of organization includes this company continuing to bill my credit card for deliveries to a home I sold."

"I bought a house a little over a year ago and this company owned the tank on the property. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Called when I moved in they claim "you're all set I'll send you paperwork to sign and call us when you want to be filled". Called to refill tank they claim it's been too long and need to send technician. I agree and they say they will bring new tank, send technician ,ECT. It's been 2 months no response. Ran out of propane during this wait time calling every week and getting nowhere. Customer service is non existent, no answers either way. Good thing they are trying to ban propane out here because I'd love to see this business be done!"

"I have been using this company going on 7yrs. They were highly recommended by previous owner of my house. 2019-2020 I struggled financially. When I was about to run out of gas they worked with me to make sure I had gas. My house totally depends on propane from heating, cooking and hot water. They were very understanding of my situation and never harassed me about my outstanding balance. The staff have human compassion and spoke to me with kindness. They made every effort to help me out during that difficult time. Thank you Proflame !"
