"This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they lie about our payment and policy, but they canceled us and tried to retrieve more money. They canceled us three days early and tried to get $1,000 to reinstate it. Now they put us in collections for a bill we NEVER received. There weird when you walk in as if you interrupted them.The agent we had was so unprofessional we thought she rolled out of bed. Please, please, please avoid this company you will be so sorry if you use them. They never pick up the phone for you. if you have a problem you are on your own. They never picked up the phone to answer questions just so lazy and rude."
