"The apartment unit's are fine. It's some other tenants you have to watch out for. There is a lot of drugs in here and kids bully other kids to the point you have to drive them to school. I would look elsewhere for a place."

"Kids in complex bully other kids. They make you buy there light bulbs do random inspection. schools are walking no buses so if you have kids hope you bring them back and forth or you got trouble. Office people ride"

"Should be 5 but . Theres couple families who cause issues cop callers tire poppers narcs for office. But lots of nice families in here too. Cant use sidewalk chalk graffiti they said has to be cleaned same day. Few other strick rules and btw glens falls all kids walk to school unless handicapped."

"No complaints here. Our apartment is nice. The office and maintenance staff are responsive, very friendly and great with our kids. Some of the rules seem strict but are there for good reasons."

"Every time I call they don't have an apartment available. It's been seven years since I first applied. When I went into the office 3 years ago to check on the status of my application they could not find it. So, I filled out another application and when I called recently they could not find that application either. I mean really? Seriously your office is that disorganized that you can't find applications!"
