"This is terrible! I have about 70 total tattoos and I've never had this happen! Btw this is only a week since getting this done. Linda was completely unprofessional when I requested a refund. She did offer to touch up but I would never let her tattoo gun on my skin again. This is a shame for a tattoo artist to have this out there. I will go to big Joe to fix this. They know what they r doing and btw she wanted to charge me 320 for some knuckle tats! It was 140 Ultimately but even that is greedy for this work. I now have permanent damage on my hand until big Joe can fix it when it heals. She also blamed me for picking at it. Again i have about 70 tattoos many I've done myself and never had this issue hand or not there's no excuse. This was done technically wrong by an amateur artist. I knew warnings of finger tattoos and expected them to eventually fade but this is not what work should like like after one week. And again you can see the inexperience of this tattoo work. Disgusted and irate about this experience!"
"Made an appointment for a piercing. Showed up on time and was asked to wait a bit. No problem, right? After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and I was told three more people were getting tattooed before my piercing... I've had piercing appointments last less than 15 minutes. I canceled and left. Why have appointments if you can't honor them? Three stars because the shop was really nice, the staff was friendly, and I'm sure they do fine work when you can get it. But I scheduled my day around being there for this appointment and wasted a couple hours."

"I am over the moon happy with my new tattoo by Erik. I went in, went through a few images of what I had in mind, described what I wanted, and he just drew it, better than I had pictured it. I got a top of the foot tattoo, which could have hurt a lot, but Erik is so gentle and it was quick and relatively painless! I would definitely recommend El Underdog to anyone looking for a great artist and I would go back myself. :-) I absolutely love it."
"I've been getting work done by Erik since 2008. I have 12 tattoos and they were all done by him. I recently got work done here and I couldn't be any happier with my piece. The place was very clean and the artists were friendly and professional."
