"Nail tech ruined my manicure while drying and didn’t even try to fix it and nail polish fell completely off while in the shower. Tried this place twice and both times was unsatisfied with extremely poor service. Will never go back again"

"Horrible! I went and told the girl I wanted to have my nails even because some are long and some are short and she said I needed tips and I said yes ok. Then she said the options and told me the prices I said which is faster and she said they’re both about the same time. I said ok and then she said but with the regular gel I can make them look even and I said oh ok fine. She proceeds to do it and I said wait but you’re just polishing them didn’t you say you can even them out? she said you need tips to even them and I said yes but that’s what I said from the beginning. She proceeds to tell me it’s too late now didn’t even take out cuticle didn’t even bother to even out my nails filed them horribly some round some square. I asked is it too late to get tips and she said yes so I left. I wanted to try to ask one more time to see. While paying I asked the girl at the front if I can at least get a tip on the ones that are shorter with an attitude she said it's too late. Horrible service and attitude. I had to go to another place to fix them. Never again and trust me it’s not about the money it’s my damn time. I never at no point said I have no time. I said whichever one of the extensions is quicker and she said that they’re both about the same time but she can extend it with regular gel."

"Just moved to the area and needed my nails done desperately. I called and asked if they accepted walk ins and they were able to squeeze me in. I was so thankful!! I got a dip mani done by Kerry and she was so patient and gentle while filing/shaping my nails. My nails came out beautiful! Very thankful they were nice enough to take me as a walk in ◡̈ highly recommend!"
