"ILYA'S GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIS CUSTOMERS! I have been going to Ilya's barber shop for a few years now. I am a hadicapped Senior Citizen. With the COVID 19 closing most stores, my hair had grown quite long and needed a lowering of the ears, for sure! Last week when the barber shop finally reopened, on that same day, I fractured my fibular bone in my foot! What to do? On Sunday, I called Ilya and told him what happened to me, I asked him if there was any way he could come, or send a barber to my home to give me a hair cut after work or on their day off? Ilya said he would call me back when he could do it. Today Tuesday, Ilya called me back and asked me if someone can come and pick up the barber and take him back after he cut my hair? I said SURE and sent my wife. Now I feel like a new man! Thank you Ilya! That's going above and beyond for your customer! I hope to see you soon!"
