Our journey began with humble beginnings in North Buffalo, where Diane's home-based bakery, Sweet Necessities by Diane, captured the hearts and taste buds of many with exquisite cookies, pastries, and custom cakes. In 2005, Caramici’s Dessert Bar & Bakery was established on Hertel Ave, and after 12 wonderful years, we found our new home on Elmwood Ave, evolving into Caramici’s Bakery.
