"The worst of all the Trustco banks. They always hard time you about getting your money. They act like you are a criminal for making a withdrawal. Go to the countless others in the area. Save yourself the hassle and 30 minutes it takes to just get your money."

"I always have to wait long at the drive thru. Why open a drive thru if you don’t have enough staff to run the bank. Just close it if you can’t keep up with the demand. Wasting customers time and providing worse customer service."
