Welcome to the practice of Constantine Bakas, DO, FACOG, located at 183 West Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, New York. Dr. Bakas is a distinguished obstetrician and gynecologist, known for his compassionate care and extensive experience in women's health. As the son of Greek immigrants, he grew up in the Hamptons, later pursuing his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University. With a strong foundation in pre-med and athletics, he continued his medical education at NYU Langone Hospital, completing a one-year rotating internship followed by a four-year Ob/Gyn residency. Dr. Bakas has dedicated over two decades to providing exceptional prenatal care and has delivered thousands of babies. He founded a prenatal care center in Westchester, NY, where he gained a reputation for his patient-centered approach. His expertise extends to advanced laparoscopic procedures and a wide range of gynecological surgeries. Throughout his career, Dr. Bakas has been actively involved in utilization review and safety committees, and was a core member of the Obstetrical Safety Initiative at his hospital.
