P.S. 046 Alley Pond
P.S. 046 Alley Pond is a primary school located at 64-45 218th Street in New York, United States. Spirit of Huntington Art Center
The Spirit of Huntington Art Center, located at 2 Melville Road in Huntington Station, New York, is a 501(c)3 institution that aims to ignite the passion for creative expression in students with special needs, veterans, and individuals of all ages and abilities. Through a variety of programs, including art, clay, music, and movement classes, students are encouraged to tap into their natural creative abilities and create their own masterpieces. The ArtAbility Tour, a traveling art exhibition organized by the center, showcases the talents of individuals with physical and cognitive impairments to promote inclusion and diversity in the arts. One of the center's innovative programs, ArtWORKS, offers digital art and design courses to students, providing them with the skills needed for careers in media design. The program also offers internships to young adults with special needs, helping them gain real-world workplace experience and develop their digital art and graphic design skills.
