"Business hrs of this branch is very bad. Business hrs are 9 to 4pm everyday except Friday when they stay open until 5pm. Closed on Saturday. With this ridiculous Business hrs you're almost certainly not going to be servicing most of your customers who are at work during this time. Management doesn't see this?? See it but don't care?? Why not stay open until 6pm few days or 8 to 12pm on Saturdays?? Only reason I can think of is that Management probably doesn't care much to make this much needed adjustment."
"This is a great M&T branch office. Everyone there is always super friendly and eager to help. I have my personal accounts, business accounts, and mortgage through this branch and would highly recommend to anyone."
"If I could give negative star, I would. Charged my employees $10 to cash payroll checks. Even my wife to cash. They fingerprinted them every single week at same branch. Would not cash my check at drive through because it was slightly over $1000. They also fee your account to death. TERRIBLE!!! I went across to Berkshire and all the castles and fees went away!!!"
