"When paying, the man behind the counter selected his own tip percentage and signed on my behalf as I was standing right there. This isn't a matter of language and I was going to tip regardless. What is unacceptable is making a financial decision with a customer's card without their consent. Showing me the total and asking me "is this okay?" is different from signing my name, selecting a tip percentage, and rudely rushing me through the process. He didn't give me time to respond which you should have evidence of since you checked the camera."
"Food is good, but drinks need improvement"
"Objectively the food might actually be really good, I'm not sure. But it is very different than other places than when I am craving my "comfort foods". The images on the website do not match well, and since there is no discriptions there is definitely surprises. If you love mushrooms they will be happy surprises. (I do not, so my surprises were disappointing). Also either the egg rolls are not what I expected or they were switched out for spring rolls."
"I dont know why they have only 3 stars. The service is very good. The food is sooo good. Very authentic. I rather pay extra money to have good food than to eat affordable food with no good ingredients."
