“Are you looking for a fun way to be accountable? Then Cycle Evolution is the way to go. Came here from a exercise studio that closed down. Adrienne added the boot camp class to her studio and made us feel very welcomed. You get your workout in only 45 mins with a mix of cardio and weightlifting. Coach Brenda is always thinking of ways to keep us engaged. We are wrapping up an exercise Bingo card and our October "get lean" challenge is just around the corner.”

“Coach John and the other instructors do a great job with the kids! John was helpful placing my son (he’s 5) in the right program so that he wasn’t overwhelmed doing something he wasn’t ready for. Took a couple BJJ classes and he wasn’t quite at that level yet so he is doing their striking program 3 days a week until he’s a little older and able to move into BJJ. The facility is clean, and has a nice waiting area for the parents to watch their children.”
