"I'm immensely disappointed with Alex and his guys. Eduard came to give me the washing machine and dryer, the washing machine doesn't work, it was missing parts to install it. I sent them a message and they didn't answer me, I was a good friend to them and bought them a pizza for dinner because it was very late, they didn't give me a copy of the receipt, they just sent me a photo, now they don't answer the phone and they don't respond, terrible people. don't buy from them"
"Delivered a stove that doesn’t function. Ive called & messaged with no response . I’ve been trying to get it replaced . Initially sales associate stated they would come replace and then no one ever showed up. Not responding now. No compren aquí"
"Complete scam artists. Sold me a non-working washer and dryer. I called not even 2 hours after they delivered and installed, and they said they would come replace it. Sure enough same as Johana's review below, they never wind up coming and now no one from the store answers the phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Seriously though, learn from mine and other's mistakes."
"0 stars if I could, a complete SCAM! I bought a fridge in February, in the beginning of May it doesn't work any more, I reach out to them May 17 they told me they will come since its in the "warranty", they said thy would be there the 18th, then i got the 19th and then they said the following week "for sure" they didnt show up to my house until May 26th around 9 pm and not even 3 weeks later and the the fridge is broken again ALEX says its no longer in the warranty and nothing he can do about it WHEN HE IS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME ALL IT NEEDS IS JUICE THE FIRST TIME AROUND AND THAT IT WOULDNT HAPPEN AGAIN! CLEARY HE IS A LIAR SELLING STUFF THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"This place is disgusting and soon as they get your money they leave you high and dry …… they sold me a moldy washer machine and didn’t give me the parts that was supposed to come with it then when I complained I was ignored and I can’t forget they talk junk about you in Spanish in your face if they think you don’t understand I’m speak fluent Spanish and to see the way they work is crazy. Don’t buy from this place it definitely better place with better prices"
