“I tried them out to get an inspection. I mentioned a couple problems i have with my truck and noises it made when making turns. When most places would rip someone off and replace things that don't need replacing they told me everything looks solid and said it could be ice built up in the wheel well and said if the problem continue to come back and they will take care of it. The problem did go away. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. Friendly staff and honest. Definitely worth trying them out!”

Miss JoJo and Miss Liz have been exceptional. Our first day, we were treated with patience and kindness and understanding that this was an anxious moment for us. That brought me a ton of relief. My son has been sick on and off for weeks now and despite this, he has been treated so kindly and extra care is given to help him be comfortable. “After years of being inactive I decided to try out Long + Lean Pilates and never turned back! I was a bit intimidated by a reformer but Hayley (studio owner) was great at walking this first timer through the machine and classic Pilates exercises. It's a wonderful studio with a great sense of community and amazing instructors. There are classes/instructors for all different levels of Pilates experience. Suggestions for beginners - work up to Jacquie and Ashley's classes, they move faster and having a solid base understanding Pilates movements is helpful to reduce any intimidation factor and post work out burn. Yes... you will for sure experience the Pilates burn! The circuit classes with Jacquie and Ashley are high intensity (serious burn) and fun but definitely require a familiarity of all the equipment as you use all the stations (reformer, jumpboard, cadillac, stall bars, chairs) in a fast paced 45 min workout. The small class sizes (5 spot per group class) make it welcoming to any newbie and allows for your best chance of instructors giving you attention and actually walking you through proper positioning for each movement. I would recommend this studio to anyone who does or does not have experience with Pilates.”
