Please note that due to our new policy, e-bikes, e-scooters, and electronic transportation devices are not permitted inside any NYPL location, though this does not apply to mobility aids.

"Bright and sunny main reading room. I love the light through the windows. The stairs are steep, but an elevator is available to the main floor, and another elevator goes to the upper floor for the children's area. Tables and chairs for people who want to read or study at the library. Helpful staff, good vibe. Busy place, but peaceful and quiet."
