"We have two children eight and ten that have been going to Brunswick Lee's Tae Kwon Do for the last three years. They learn self defense and they learn the importance of respect of others as well as oneself. They learn perseverance by being taught to never give up no matter how hard it is. Plus they have a lot of fun at the end of classes. I definitely think my two kids have learned a lot about themselves as well, but mostly if they keep trying they learn that feeling of accomplishment by learning a kick that they struggled with. I do not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family."

"I've been doing Taekwondo since I was 8 and have been to a variety of schools. Lee's approach is the toughest and wisest I've seen yet. This dojang favors martial artists who are in it for self betterment. The primary focus is conditioning and general technique as the instructors encourage pushing past your limits. With that said, if you want to do Taekwondo to learn how to fight and go to tournaments, Lee's isn't for you. It goes against their core philosophies."
