Akron Sports is a sports institution located at 13116 West Main Street, Alden, New York, United States. The institution is hosting an event on Saturday, July 23, 2022 to benefit The Tyler J. Gabbey Scholarship Fund, Mercy Flight, and Akron Sports Inc. Baseball. Registration for the 2022 Akron Sports Baseball and Softball season is now open, with the addition of Girls Softball this season. Registration is only available online, and can be done through the website. The age cutoffs for baseball and softball are specified, with various divisions and registration fees for each. Additionally, each family will pay a concession fee of $40, with the opportunity to work a concession stand shift to earn back the fee. A fundraising fee of $50 per player is also required, which includes 5 raffle tickets for a cash raffle. Players have the option to sell additional tickets to recoup their fee and earn extra money. Register online through the website to secure a spot in the Akron Sports Baseball and Softball program.
