In 2013, she met Tim, a talented chef with roots in Port Jefferson, and together they crafted a vision that brought their love for food and each other to life. Their passion project expanded to Stony Brook in 2014 and eventually found its way to Greenport in 2016, breathing new life into the historic Coronet Luncheonette.
