As a member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Dr. Penna brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his practice. A proud native of Long Island, Dr. Penna has deep-rooted connections to the community and a strong affiliation with Stony Brook University. He completed his orthopedic residency at Stony Brook and further honed his skills with a fellowship at Lennox Hill Hospital before returning as an attending physician.
