Founded by Dr. Richard Sheehan, our clinic has grown and evolved over the decades, with Dr. Michael Sheehan joining in 1994 and Dr. Harcharan Singh in 2002. Welcome to Delaware Academy Elementary & Middle/High School-Based Health, a dedicated health facility located at 2 Sheldon Drive, Delhi, New York 13753. Our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services to students within the Delaware Academy Elementary and Middle/High School communities. Our school-based health centers, operated in partnership with Bassett Medical Center, are strategically situated within both the elementary and middle/high school campuses. This ensures that students have convenient access to healthcare services without the need to leave school grounds.
