"Don’t waste your money here. I paid for the premium cotton candy arrangement (pictured below) and received about 1/4 of the flowers that should have been in the arrangement (also pictured below). Nothing more upsetting or embarrassing than ordering and paying for a beautiful arrangement for someone’s special birthday and being completely disappointed by a job poorly done. I can understand substitutions or modifications if needed. But not even calling the customer to say there’s an issue, showing up late with a tiny vase and less than half the bouquet that was paid for is deplorable. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Just received these flowers with teddy bear sent from a relative in Colorado to Huntington. It was sent to residence a in Huntington NY in a loving memory of a beautiful woman who had just turned 99. Flowers are of good quality but the bear was definitely chewed one ear was chewed off I’m hoping I will get a response and a resolution. This is unexceptional !"
