Lewis Wilson Technological Center, located at 7200 Grumman Lane in Farmingdale, New York, is a specialized school offering a unique Aircraft/Drone Technology Program. Students enrolled in this program will learn to service, repair, and overhaul both reciprocating and turbine engines in classrooms located at Republic Airport. This program provides hands-on experience with the engines used in powerplants across the country, and prepares students to obtain an FAA Powerplant license. Upon successful completion of the program and enrollment in a college or university, students may receive up to 64 credits due to Federal License Regulations.
