The Community Advisory Program (CAPE) is a Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Service Program located at 58-20 Little Neck Parkway in New York, United States. Since 1978, CAPE has been providing high quality mental health services to individuals from adolescence (age 12) through adulthood. Services offered include individual, marital, and family therapy at the clinic at Commonpoint Queens Sam Field Center, as well as telehealth and in-person treatment at various locations throughout Queens. The team at CAPE consists of experienced professionals including LCSWs, a Psychiatrist, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and an RN. Additionally, CAPE offers Peer Advocates who provide telephone reassurance, information and referral services to consumers and community residents. Services are available in multiple languages including English, French, Farsi, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, German, Turkish, Yiddish, and Hebrew. Accepting most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid, CAPE also offers a sliding scale for those in need.
