"Horrible experience at this office! I went looking to have some questions answered left after 10 minutes because of the HORRIBLE service from Edward Costa. First off he didn't even tell me his name until I shoke his hand long enough that I guess he realized doing so was appropriate. I told him a few situations I needed help with and his immediate response was how much it was going to cost. I was obviously aware walking in the door the process was going to cost money, but his hand was out before he had even offered to try to explain anything to me. They may know what they're doing, but sorry not trusting important things to someone who sees me as nothing but a paycheck. Moving on to someone who deserves my money."
