"Service is rushed VERY FAST. I went with a friend and we both got the paraffin wax pedicure and our finger nails done. We started at the same time and my finger nails were almost done while my friend was still getting the full pedicure treatment. I got 3 cuts during my speedy pedicure and the same girl ground my healthy nail bed on my thumb down so far that I yelled out. Free wine doesn’t equal a nice experience. Avoid this place!"

"Everyone was amazingly nice and accommodating. My gel manicure looked so pretty. But it started to chip and peep with in 2 days. I was on vacation and it looked terrible. Picture was take Wednesday night when nails were done on Sunday."

"I really loved this newer nailsalon. Even though it was very busy, they were able to take a reservation for 3 for only an hour after I called. They have so many stations set up all against the walls. Those were the spa pedicure stations/chairs. They also had about the same number of manicure stations in the interior. They gave me and my two guest a bottled water without even asking. They did not rush or push other services. The place was very clean, even the restroom was nice. Very well managed and clean which is what I look for. I thought the prices were average for what you got. Will definitely be returning for another pedicure."

"I'm so disappointed in the quality of service I received. Spent $140 to get a manicure and a pedicure done with my mom and my sister last night. My manicure took under 15 minutes total. He never soaked my hands and never cut a single piece of cuticle. My nail polish is already peeling off. My toes were rushed and I bought one of the most expensive pedicure package. Paid $15 extra for gel and $5 for gel removal. My nail tech was rushed the entire time and you could tell in his service and technique. My mom and sister both had a timer set for their like massages, whereas my gentleman neglected to set one and rushed through my supposed 17 minutes leg massage. Felt more like 7 minutes. Very very disappointed in the services provided. However the lady at the front desk who seemed to be running the show was quite amazing and on top of her job."
