I drew something I had in my head and after some recommendations by the staff - I got my white and yellow gold "flower" for my new beginning! "Brought in a chain to be repaired. The woman in the front looked at the chain & quoted me $40-$50. When my fiancé went to get the chain today they said it would be $92. It is unethical to quote a customer one price & day of pickup to double the price. Has nothing to do with the price but scamming customers to pay double the day of is completely wrong!! If I knew it would be almost $100 I would’ve went somewhere else & they probably know that which is why they lie. The two woman were very rude & just saying the quality of the chain needs to match the clasp which I completely understand which is why I went in for a quote in the first place. Don’t go to this place unfortunately they are not transparent and lie about pricing"
