"I go here once in a while when I need a pedicure and my usual salon is booked. i’ve never had an issue up until my last visit here which I got a spa pedicure and paid extra for callus remover. I asked Frank to cut my cuticles and give me a nice polished pedicure, which ended up leaving my cuticle nonstop bleeding. Keep in mind I had a wedding to attend to, and the polish looked messy as well. I was not satisfied with the way that my nails were cut and filed and painted. I will not be returning any longer. UPDATE: I ended up getting an infection later on from this and I never got my money back. Horrifying."

"I had such a bad experience! My daughter loves this place, and it's clean and nicely decorated. My problem was the manicurist clearly didn't want me there, and she was poorly trained. Ouch. She was grumpy too. Also, I found out after the monthly special included free hot stones for the pedicure which she didn't do. When I mentioned it while paying, the cashier couldn't have cared less. I won't be going back here. They're also very expensive."

"I am so disappointed in my gel manicure. She didn’t even cut my cuticles give me nice shape clean the edges absolutely nothing jt doesn’t even look like I got a mani. When I asked her to fix it she quickly just fixed one nail."

"I gave this place a one star because I have my nail follicules badly hurt after I went there on Saturday. Also, I sat down to do a pedicure spa and a gell powder manicure and I had very, very little left of some old color left on some of the tips of my toes and they said they will charge me $10 extra for removing it. No other place has done this before, and I don’t think in my case was a fair judgment. Anyway, at least the guy who did the pedicure did a great leg massage. Another lady gave me the mani. As for that - my folicules are still very red, have some blood marks/scars left and do hurt when I touch some things (like when I squeezed lemon on my hands yesterday). These are some picures and bear in mind - this is already 3 days after. I still tipped them and everything; at least the guy deserved it."

"I was so surprised to find a place that's close to home, reasonably priced, next to a hair salon and clothing store AND so lovely. On Willis, a street of back to back nail salons this really stands out for its size alone! Clean and hygiene are my priority and this is spot on. The place, stations are nice and near and technicians are well groomed. What I love about this place is how big it is and I would say even tasteful. James, a handsome man in glasses, did my pedicure to perfection. A varied menu of treatments are available and al affordably priced, and still get a full spa feel. Plenty of colores on the carousel to choose from and gels has all the latest nail fantasies. I don't use any of those chems on myself but I can appreciate they exist. My mani pedi was $28 with $10 add on was a bargain. My new tootsie go to!"
