"I was shocked with my experience at wilton urgent care. 5 stars isn't enough. I had a very short wait to be seen. Im sure this varies. I went there thinking i had strep. They immediately tested for covid and step. Both neg. Then they put in and iv took blood and did a cat scan. Turn out it was an infected tonsil. Administered antibiotics thru iv and inflammation drugs. I walked out of there having all this done in 3 1/2 hrs. Couldn't have been treated better, faster and new the results of everything they did before i left. The staff was WONDERFUL. I GO THERE IN A HEARTBEAT. I WISH I KNEW EACH OF THE STAFF THAT WORKED ON ME. I'D GIVE EACH OF THEM BY NAME THE CREDIT THEY DESERVE. FROM THE HEART THANK YOU!"

"Dr was a liar and poorly educated . Told me no one there to do catscan on ny abdomen or ultrasound . Upon leaving nurse slipped and said we have techs here to do it . It was 815 , they close at 9 . So he didn't want to get held up or work over . Upon an examination he hurt me pushing so hard on my abdomen .Imagine not performing proper test just so they can leave at 9pm . Don't waste your time going there. Go straight to main hospital. Totally unprofessional ."

"Please be aware if you are bringing a child here. Visited with a 10 month old with a high fever on a weekend. The physician, Alina Bazarian, was very clearly not comfortable handling a child. Hesitated examining our baby and at one point even pulled out their phone to look up risks of a prescription they were prescribing! Visiting our regular doc - they told us they did not like the prescribed dosages of the medicine that was given to us and to not take it. As a mother, I feel this was dangerous to accept us as patients. I would have respected if they turned us away or handed us off to another provider. Very upset with this service."

"I had to bring my daughter (3) in and every staff member was amazing! Made sure my daughter felt comfortable so they could best help her! Michelle the pct on gave so much extra attention to my daughter to really have her feel at ease. Thank you to the staff"

"When Saratoga hospital wasn't connected to Albany med they were incredible. Would highly recommend. Sadly being associated with Albany me they now have the same customer service standards which is poor. Going over an hr without being seen by a provider is absurd. This never used to happen before Albany med ruined them. Also what's with the making us keep our doors closed. These are small rooms if I want my door open so I don't feel like I'm in a cell then I'm going to have my door open. Patients comfort should come before staff. Then called to ask if I could leave and get co pay refunded tricked me with provider coming in within 3 mins of wanting to leave to then trick me into waiting an additional 45 mins for discharge papers. Will be making formal complaint as well for horrendous service. Added Note: When I arrived at about 850am the waiting room appeared to be quiet. Only waited about 15mins there to be called to a room. Again hallways appeared very quiet and not much going on."
