"Thus far is the process, we couldn’t be more happy. Michael S. at this location has been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating while we were choosing our cabinets and colors. Michael went above and beyond to make sure we stayed within our budget and that we were 100% happy in our choices. He is in constant communication with us as our renovation progresses and responds promptly to answer any questions I have. If I had a second kitchen to renovate, I would absolutely come back to this location and work with Michael. I will recommend this store to family and friends. We were impressed when we walked into the store for the first time. The cabinet quality was great and there were some very modern touches to the cabinets that make Wren stand out among others. Additionally, the Lifetime Guarantee was important to us since we have kids and a dog. We like knowing we can come back to Wren with any problems. We are looking forward to install day and to finishing up this process with Michael and Wren."

"This is actually the worst experience I encountered on my full house renovation. False promises and lies to get the business. Missing pieces that were “expedited” and still not received, delayed install bc of missing pieces. On top of it apparently the design team isn’t trained that the general rule of thumb for boards in a wall is 16 inches so when purchasing 24 inch cabinets they had to remove my sheet rock and add boards to the wall. They’re in store charge me an extra $4000 to remove the sheet rock and fix the boards because 16 inches apart was apparently not OK. Spoke with customer service multiple times and was advised there’s nothing they can do. They can’t return the cabinets they can’t issue any type of refund or do anything about it and my missing cabinets are on the way. I would not recommend them if you want anything to happen smoothly. Even if it doesn’t go smoothly their customer service department does not care. They’re too busy defending themselves and saying there’s “nothing they can do” they advised me they didn’t know about the issue in my wall, and I should’ve called them before paying it. I contacted them twice and it’s noted in my account about the issue with the wall and no one called me back. I can’t wait days/weeks for someone to call me back to deal with issues when I have no kitchen. Horrible! Update: after wren responded to please email so they can help, they still have not responded to my email. It will be two weeks tomorrow since I was supposed to have my install and they still don’t have a single cabinet hung. They had sent the rent inspector out to make sure my kitchen was ready to go which he came and verified I’m good to go with getting my cabinet hung. And now I have an install date of possibly November 20. Possibly sooner someone will get back to me. I have no kitchen still for now another 2 weeks. Update: almost 3 weeks later I still don’t have all the doors or shelves to my cabinets!!! Also when I told customer service I was disputing part of the charge since I didn’t get the lights etc installed they said that’s fine we already got out money!!! No one has reached out after asking me to email either!"

"From the moment I walked into the Massapequa Showroom it was cool, I was greeted by Danielle Levitt, she listened to what I was interested in , which was a new kitchen (complete) I can’t believe how smooth things have been since. She is a great Designer and I really recommend anyone to see her if you are doing kitchen remodeling or bathroom.
