"Awesome first kids dental experience. We loved the office, especially once you got past the waiting room and into the exam rooms. Bright, colorful, cheery, and very kid friendly. Dr Fish and the dental assistant we extremely warm and welcoming. There's a TV for your kid to watch while in the chair which was hugely helpful. They even gave our son a goody bag to take home which he adored. 10 out of 10 experience. Loved it!"

"If giving zero stars was an option. I would give zero stars. When I arrived for the appointment, I gave my insurance to the receptionist at the counter. I sat down and waited for my appointment. I was called back to a room and and after 15 minutes of waiting back in the room my cleaning started and everything went fine. When I was finished I headed out to the front and they told me they didn’t accept my insurance and that I would need to speak with someone else. The woman that I spoke with had super short grey hair and she was extremely rude. She made no eye contact with me until she told me I would have to pay $210 for the cleaning. I told her I wasn’t going to pay that as I was not informed my insurance was not accepted until after services had been provided. She was very persistent, boarding on aggressive, when I said I wasn’t paying. She threatened that corporate would step in if I refused to pay. She did state that I should have checked with my insurance prior to the appointment but at any other doctors office you’d be informed prior if your insurance wasn’t going to be accepted. At any point before or during the appointment someone could have said something and they did not. Overall this office seems very disorganized and seems like they are trying to scam people out of their money. Avoid at all costs."

"Sue White the office manager at One Dent is extremely rude, unprofessional and a racist. I had some issues with my insurance from my Teachers union not enrolling me and my family and therefore some of our bills weren't being paid. I didn't realise this at all since my husband just had a visit and nothing was mentioned and the last time I called Jamie said she was going to rebill and sort out the issue. Today I went in and was told that I came to the office intending to be fraudulent and not pay for services rendered. I was motified. I always pay bills. Sue White told.me.not to leave till I paid. She was horrible and really represented what one dent has now become. I intend to take this experience higher up because no one should be treated in this way by anyone. We will never use One Dent again and will not be recommending their services in the future."

"I will continue to give credit where credit is due! The absolute best dental office in New York. This place is more like a spa rather than a dental office. The staff is amazing and very polite, my dentist Dr. Patel is probably one the best dentist in the industry and my absolute favorite part about Mondovi and a must see is my hygienist, Elena! With Elena I truly feel like royalty. She is amazing, kind, and knows exactly what she is doing! I highly recommend Mondovi and please see Elena if you do, you will not regret it! Thank you Mondovi for making my smile so much brighter!!"
