"One of the best experiences ever! I don't know where to start, from the staff, to the fine attention to detail, to the home-like feel and vibe. Certainly, a great place to live, they treated my family and I, "like family". They don't make them like this anymore, a real gem in Long Island, they put people first, before money or making a profit!"

"DO NOT rent here. I'm 30 days into my lease and can't begin to explain the anger I have with this "luxury apartment building". My rent payment of $3000 covers literally NOTHING. Make sure management didn't make any mistakes. Yup you have to double check their work. Ohh and when you go to pay your rent, you have to use a 3rd party portal that has a convenience fee of almost $100! This is unbelievable. I pay a parking fee, which the garage gate has been broken since I moved in. The gym is in rough shape with broken equipment, tv's that don't work, missing weights. The package delivery service is a pain in the a**. Packages are not delivered to your door or to a locker. You have to go when the office is open to pick your packages up. Think about that. What's coming next is a package fee. Don't expect to have guests because the small guest lot has the SAME cars parked there every night. Do you think management would do something about it? Nope. Dog walking area is littered with trash. Street noise is very high so don't expect to get a good nights sleep. The one positive is the service tickets are responded to quickly. I wish I had read this review when I was apartment searching because I would've passed on this place. Don't make the same mistake."

"I’ve been living here for about five months. The noise is unbearable. The staff is nice but the residents are wildly inconsiderate. The walls vibrate from music blasting all hours of the night. There is no regard for shared space with this community. It’s over 3k a month to live in constant disruption."

"I've been living here for 3 years now and I can honestly say I love it here. The apartments are very warm and cozy. The location is great in my opinion because it's just few minutes from the highway and literally 2 minutes from stores. Another plus here is that the LIRR is right next door if you need train transportation."
