"Not knowing what to expect for my first time doing something like this I can say it went smoothly the lady that was helping me was so helpful along the way knowing when breathe then when not to breathe kudos to the staff at Lourdes Hospital that help me through this process thank you"

"I called to schedule a follow up from a walk in visit. I was told I would get a call back. A few hours later I checked the patient portal just for the heck of it. There was a message asking for my availability. I told them I would come in whenever they were available as I'm still extremely uncomfortable. More than 24 hours later I got a call and got scheduled. This am I received the text to confirm my appointment this afternoon, which I confirmed. I also received a text about 3 hours before my appointment saying "see you at 3:40". Then I get a phone call that I have to reschedule next week. When I go to the walkin I feel brushed off. They tell me to follow up with my primary care. I couldnt get in so i followed up at the walk in for more symptoms. It's been 3 weeks now and a round of meds later, I'm not getting any better. If I go to the er I will get brushed off too because it's not a life and death situation like the er should be utilized for. I feel abandoned. I shouldn't have to leave town to get assistance, but I don't know what else to do."

"I have continually had bad experiences with the161 Riverside Dr. location. The problem is the front desk. I arrived early for my appointment at 9am. There are two women checking in patients. I am next. When one women finishes her check in she gets up and leaves. Apparently her first break starts at 9am. I continue waiting for the other women who is talking to another patient who is her friend. They are talking about shopping at Talbots and Thanksgiving, Where they're going, what's being served etc... All the while I am standing there in extreme back pain for which I am there. When I finally said something, she finished up the check in. Then it was my turn. I was treated as though I was Satan himself. She told me to wait and then pretended to make a phone call just to spite me for calling out the fact that she was not doing her job. This is nothing new for this office. The level of unprofessonalism is astounding. I have had it with this office. I will choose a new PCP that is not associated with Lourdes. The women at the desks name is Beth. I had to give one star to post this. they don't deserve any stars."

"I was greeted promptly and treated with professional care. Dr. YU always takes the time to ask about all the facets of my life and takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed and I feel as if she and her staff do all they can to be sure my health is seen in a complete manner. Dr. Yu has earned my complete trust and confidence. I’m thrilled that she found room in her practice to include me."
