"Impossible to see my doctor in a timely fashion. I have sat in the waiting room on three separate occasions during my lunch hour, for the entire hour, without ever being taken and then had to reschedule. On this last occasion, when I complained after an hour of sitting in an empty waiting room and not being called, I was told that I shouldn’t expect my appointment to be at the time of my appointment, and that maybe I should schedule my appointments for the beginning of the day (which I can’t—that is why they are scheduled during my lunch hour). After two hours, I still had not seen the doctor, so I left. If you are going to go here, bring your lunch, and maybe your dinner…"
