"The owner Michael and manager Michael Birner were arrogant “professionals”. I got a random damage that wasn’t even legit, possibly broken BEFORE i got the vehicle or visible or on it when i left…. charged to my card. HE WAITED 24 hours after trying to charge my card to call me about the damages. He was rude and lied about the events to get some kind of damage fee. He then doubles down when i come in person to see what damage was done. He proceeded to lie and point out damages that weren’t there when i left the vehicle. (i have video and pics) There’s also no sign that it was even on the vehicle before i left. It could have been broken before i got it or after i dropped it off and it was raining all weekend. Still no damage was seen on my end. (only a missing marker) The problem Comes in…..when this person then lies about the transaction and after he attempts to charge the lie on my card, HE THEN calls me to tell me about the damage. Not before. After. He says he dialed the wrong number on Sunday then dialed the right one on Monday. This man at this location is a sketchy weasel. And should be fired or removed for foul play. Disgusting individual and fraud. UPDATE-RESPONSE: these people are disgusting and have added more charges to their original $1500 , and the bill is now $2,300 and have no explanation as to why that is. They tried to explain away the extra unnecessary fee by saying I was given a discount on the FULL charges at the time for the DAMAGE THAT IS/WAS NOT THERE. they never mentioned a discount or me being charged more before. SOMEONE please tell me if these people repaired this damage on this vehicle and if it came out to $2,000+ dollars!! OR HOW MUCH DOES REPAIRING THE SMALL YELLOW MARKERS ON AN UNDENTED VEHICLE cost? they are exaggerating the damages to save face. be serious, this is obvious insurance fraud on working class folks. They are attempting to cover up charging my card before contacting me about any said damages. then attempt to say if damage on top of a roof was there when I left and didn't see it or say something, its my fault. NOT considering they can KNOW DAMAGE i won't notice is there and still rent to me. (I FOUND A CIGARETTE IN THE WHEEL when i got it, so these people don't check as much as they claim-didn't complain or write in my report) MORE IMPORTANTLY, they Also wont show me footage of me leaving the facility with or without the damage, which would CLEAR EVERYTHING. Too many red flags, and when it smells like you know what, it is what it is. it was thunder storming that weekend and ALL VEHICLES are parked under trees. I dropped off on SUNDAY so they finally arrived by Monday. I took pictures of the truck and there was no dents when it was returned in my return pictures. so where is the damage? there was no dent or damage that I caused on it even seen after the fact. Despite there being a missing marker, and they're exaggeration of a dent. they have no clue where or when it happened. They won't show footage. The guy at this location's response to my complaint is so insincere it is LAUGHABLE. he's on video pushing the "DENT" up and showing it back in its place. NO issue. like someone pressed down on it or removed the marker or maybe bad weather did it. the marks they are referring to on the top of the vehicle is dirt from the night before. Most of those vehicles had pollen and dirt all over them from the previous days/nights weather. VERY COWARDLY LIE. they will not show footage of me leaving the facility with vehicle so I CAN SEE and be responsible. Only wiling to show my return is compromising at best. Spoilation. I can acknowledge the missing marker BUT we dont know when or where that happened because they wont show me the footage of me leaving."

"I rent from this location often, well maintained equipment and a new modern facility. On this rental I asked Mike about his storage as I may be needing a unit in the future. He showed me a few units and wow what a clean modern facility he has here! When the time comes I will definitely be renting a unit here."

"I Reserve a U-haul van weekly to minimize having to make two trips with my work supplies to events. The staff is always helpful and makes it pleasant to do business."

"very, courteous, very helpful staff. my situation kept changing and i had to move the times around twice but they were very accommodating. the van was immaculate and they had a good inventory of moving and storage supplies that also helped. a week later when i needed another van, there was no hesitation in renting from them again. the owner, robinson(?), seems very invested."

"I specifically went here because I've used the Uhaul app in the past and it's very slow and has software problems. I also wanted to rent moving blankets. I got there at 12:30pm only to see a sign stating someone would be back at 2pm. So I attempted to use that app and after close to 20 minutes the app force closed so I decided to leave and take care of some other tasks. I was dropped off to try again at about 2:10pm and the place was still closed. When I called customer service I was told they couldn't reach the manager. At this point I had no other option but to fumble through the app for a good 25 minutes. I would suggest to any potential customers that you either use a different location or call ahead to make sure they are open when they're supposed to be."
