"Poor experience. I made an appointment to have my tires changed. They told me it would take about an hour and a half. About 30 minutes after I dropped my car off, they called and asked where my wheel lock key was. I told them, they quickly said “we already looked there.” I drove back to the shop and found the key exactly where I told them it was. They were not at all apologetic. They then said that since they moved down the appointment list, my car would not be ready for a few hours. What was supposed to be a quick appointment turned into about 5 hours before my car was done. Again, they were not apologetic. I later found out that they had stripped my wheel lock key and I had to purchase a new one. Would not recommend."

"While on a weekend away, my husband and I experienced car trouble on our drive back to MI. We were sent here by a guy from advanced auto parts and we arrived just before closing on a Saturday. While doing a quick look over on the car, we were told to come back Sunday morning for repairs. The guys working Sunday spent almost 6 hours on the car, replaced parts and still could not guarantee that the car would get us home. They didn’t charge us a penny, they made room in their schedule to help out a few strangers and we will forever be grateful for the time and energy they put in. It was a blessing to run across some honest, hardworking men. Thank you thank you!"
