"Ever since South shore neurology was taking over buy the new company it's been nothing but trouble. I've called the office something around 15 times now and multiple hours worth of waiting and talkin and I'm still not able to get my doctor to put a percentage on my paperwork. I've spoken to people multiple times that supposably have personally carried my paperwork to the right office and as I have gotten a call back by that particular person before there has been no resolution. Now someone's call me back saying that my appointment was double-booked and I have to reschedule. This is extremely bad for me being on workers compensation and their time frames for communicating with my neurologist. They will probably dock my pay until I can prove a percentage in the next court hearing. Tremendous amount of stress for someone who's already disabled. Very disappointed in how this is functioning now. Although I absolutely love my neurologist doctor Zaris. Incoming hardship for me."

"I have been a patient here for a decade. They treated my MS, my chronic pain, PT, and chiropractic. If you are looking for solutions other than trigger point injections or medicine and often have a hard time working with orthopedic providers, SEE CHIROPRACTIC HERE! Dr. Ralph Mangels is very vigilant and knows the system forwards and backwards. I am not a candidate for surgery but I can’t believe I will have the pain I have now for the rest of my life, as it is intermittent. Yet no one believed me. Straight away, Mangels was able to refill my hope with an appropriate option for me. Stephanie the Physical Therapist is also incredible. She has rare expertise in pelvic floor/ collagen disorders. Awesome hands, finds every knot. Dr. Vaillancourt, Dr. Zarif … great guys. I switched these providers only because the transition into joining NYU was rough in means of communication. They are VERY, very lucky to have Samantha K. In administration- that woman works hard and deserves the accolades for being able to maintain a high stress transition so well. I like the kiosk to check into and speaking to the PT/chiropractic seems to be ok, the app helps me make appointments. But not sure how improved the Doctor side of things is going. Waiting room is usually full, and you wait a while. Could be because they spend extra time with a patient or maybe they are still understaffed. I just know this neurological center is all we have out east if driving is difficult and it could be so much better than it is. Hopefully it’s coming."

"Dr Moreta is very thorough and thoughtful. After waiting 2 hours in the waiting room I had to leave to pick my son up. He took the time to call me personally and apologize. I was able to get in the next day.If it wasn’t for the wait I would give 5 stars."

"While some doctors are excellent in their respective fields, the access to those doctors are blocked by office staff and phycician assistants. I have never felt more marginalized and discriminated against then I have because of these associates. Not only do they not follow through on patient requests but are rude, demeaning and totally unprofessional in patient care. Since this business was purchased by NY Langone, service and care has gone from zero to a negative zero. Truly their care for the patient is non-existent. If you want even mediocre medical care, stay away from this business - which it is exactly how it is run rather than a medical facility that truly cares for patient health. WARNING: stay away."

"These people have not called my significant other back in over a year. She has been left on hold for almost 30 minutes. When she has had an appointment The appointment is rushed and nothing gets done. She’s been seeing these people for two years. No progress. The staff is rude and incompetent. As far as I know, this office is now defunct. I spoke to another neurologist. He said that everybody was fired over there. So, hopefully, this practice is no more. You’re already sick, you don’t need to be treated this way. I finally got through at the beginning of May and was told that Dr. Moreta has suddenly taken vacation. And my girl will be put on a waitlist until June , well that time has come and gone. I am writing this July 20th. Good luck to everybody.,saying a prayer for the sick and suffering."
