"Wow, this place seems to receive a lot of hate. I have been here about 6 times in the last month and have never had an issue. Never have to wait more than a couple of minutes and the clerks have all been very helpful. Also the mail truck drivers have been very thoughtful and careful with all the packages I have gotten over the last 3 months"

"The service is hit and miss. Depending on who I have dealt with I have gotten great customer service, even if I didn't get the answer I wanted, and other times, the person was rude and not helpful at all. I understand the problem is not always on their end. They do deal with other carriers. But, when that happens, don't take it out on me for asking what is going on. Simply direct me, NICELY, to the original carrier."

"The clerk was very rude. These people need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you do not want to serve people, then find a job where you can be a bitter old witch. I expect a smiling face and helpful attitude. What did I get? A rude, blonde haired blue eyes granny that is so depressed with her life, she has to ruin other peoples days. I hope I never have to deal with this place again!"

"Constantly losing packages of mind or delivering neighbors packages to my house. I'm an honest individual and take packages to the correct addresses. However, not everyone in the neighborhood is honest, so a lot of my packages get lost never to be found again. I can't tell you how many times that Amazon has had to resend a new package and make good on the local post office's incompetence. Very frustrating! I've spoke to the Post Carriers, gone to the the local Post office and complained, always customer friendly, but the problem still exist."

"Melissa, who has been our mail lady for years, is absolutely amazing. I know that the Post Office itself has its fair share of issues, but this woman in particular genuinely cares about her job and her responsibilities and will go above and beyond for the people she delivers to. She definitely deserves recognition for the amazing job she does! I moved very recently and was honestly quite upset to learn that we are not going to be on her route anymore. However, she is still taking care of us and making sure that all of our mail goes to our new house while we make this transition, even if it's addressed to the old house. The fact that she has taken the time to make sure we are still receiving our mail, no matter what, just blows me away! Our community is very lucky to have Melissa, and I am extremely grateful for her. Thank you!"
