"It was my first time there at comfort dental. I had a bad toothache. They let me come in as a walk-in, it took him about an hour. I was in an out no pain whatsoever. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to see a dentist really quick And they have good hours. They seen me at 6:45 pm my other dentist I used to go to closed at 5:00 pm."
"I schedule 0830 appt. Policy number was not coming up. The secretary and people in the back choose not to search my policy to confirm it was active. My appointment was denied. I left. I contact another dental company they confirmed the policy is active and I establish my child there and sooner appointment is available to me. The workers here choose not problem solve. The dentist are good. The workers not so much."
"Terrible service, almost every single person there was rude, the doctor my son saw had a major attitude problem aswell. He came in crying because of pain in his tooth and gums, but the doctor we visited couldn't even give him some meds to help him, just told him he has to wait it out until January 2024. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Also couldn't even check our insurance at all. Terrible."
"I made an appt, they scheduled it for a few weeks which is normal. They called me the day before the appt to remind me. I go in and they tell me they have to reschedule it. They don't bother calling me ahead of time. I took the day off work for this. The receptionist doesn't seem to care, no genuine concern. And to top it off she says they have to create a new appt another month from now. Laughable. Please don't go here, service is bad and don't know how to run the place."
"Everyone is so very polite and nice. Dr Salazar is wonderful! She took very good care of me throughout the entire scary process. She made me feel comfortable and asked me questions about what I wanted to do when it came to my care! I recommend Comfort Dental to everyone!"
