"It is pointless to try and request info from them through Instagram or text. It shows that they read the message but a week later and still no reponse through either the messagenger on Instagram or text from the number they posted.... The original stylist I went to based off the recommendation from the girl who answered the phone was not good. I was not happy with my hair. I then found another stylist that seemed to do great work based on their Instagram posts but she never responded to my messages. Unprofessional."
