"Super good food! I love this place so much, I would eat here as a kid and I still love coming back! I gave a 4 star on the service because they didn’t give my group the correct drinks and the burgers were made alittle sloppy. But other than that SUCH DELICIOUS FOOD, heads up the chile is hot"
"So I have been a fan of Bob's my whole life over the last year it's gotten worse and worse, I ordered a Chile dog with no cheese and onions and they gave me a plain hot dog with no chile asked for chile and they said it would be charge my receipt did say chile dog on it but because it said plain they wouldn't help. I called in my order and waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes so by the time I got my food it the fries were inedible. I guess that could gave been fault for not going inside to pick up my food. I think I will be taking a break from bobs for a long time."
"Went through the drive-through and ordered a couple of patty melts, Chile cheese fries, and a chili dog with green. They were not too busy tonight, so the service was pretty quick. All the food was fresh. If you change up the order at all they usually get it wrong."
"Just left there and they forgot my fries for my son I'm pissed I called to let them know & Samantha just stayed quiet & acted like she didn't hear me I hung up & called again & the phone went to beeping they obviously don't care about the paying customers offering trash service and not wanting to make it right for the customer I'm going in tomorrow to get my fries"
"It's no question that Bob's is amazing. The taco burgers are so delicious and the Chile on them has a kick. The lady that took our order has amazing customer service as well.... however...the staff are younger people, and there were elderly patrons eating...the language that was shared amongst employees was disrespectful to these elderly patrons. It's understandable that it was a busy time of day but slow your roll on the vulgarities."
