"Food was overcooked, asked for something else and it was still very nasty! My chicken was harder than a jolly rancher! I didn’t eat anything but the fries and they took $3 off my entire meal! I will never come back to this place again! I paid $40 to eat nothing but fries"

"Duane and Jullyana were truly amazing, they were very attentive and went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure our food came out perfectly and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we wanted. More waiters and waitresses should be like them. Even though he was cut, Duane greeted us as we walked in and grabbed our drink orders so we didn't have to wait. We will definitely be back here to dine. As for food- the strawberry hot chocolate tasted really good (as did the normal hot chocolate), as did the pesto veggie eggs Benedict, the southwestern chicken burrito, and the chocolate chip pancakes. We also tried the Hoverchoc pancake tacos from the new Willy Wonka menu and they were really good as well! Overall we really enjoyed this visit to IHOP and will definitely be back."

"Busy day today. Can tell that blackfriday was in effect place was packed. Waitress did good under circumstances. Please remember napkins. And silverware. Food arrived before napkin silverware (10min wait for utinsils) Men's restroom while clean tile needs repair. Stall door is broken. Mirror I'd scratched on. For a nice area would expect the upkeep. At least fixed stall door. PANCAKES CAME OUT COLD BUTER WOULDNT MELT. This was the reason for the score. People were nice. Teamwork atmosphere. Had to ask another waiter for butter for pancakes . Other than that staff is nice. THANKS FOR THE VISIT."

"We always enjoy taking our grandchildren here. Service is promp, order errors corrected w/o issue, food is good. There is one aggravation from our visit today 11/20/23. A sign posted by the entry states "Kids Eat Free" 4PM -10PM" (We at our meal at 6:20PM. ) However we were told they no longer honor that. !!??!! So we of course we paid for the 6 year old with us. IHOP....TAKE THE SIGN DOWN"

"The gluten-free cinnastack pancakes are absolutely delicious. They are very filling and sweet, definitely more of a dessert item. My friend got the chicken quesadilla and said it was very good. I also ordered a side of bacon. I was disappointed in that, the side comes with 2 slices of thin microwaved bacon. For $3, I'll skip. The waitress was a little absent minded and veey quiet, we asked for a glass of milk 3 times before asking another waiter who was able to have her bring it to us. We went at 9:30pm so it could've been she was just tired. It was a little dirty in the restaurant as well. But nothing major. The food was excellent though."
