"I visited the Alameda location and had a poor experience waits on 01/30/24 about 25 mins to get 2 chicken wraps and tenders, got to work late, missing my tenders and got poppers instead called spoke with someone and was told they would have me in to get a replacement order following day, when arriving they had no idea and had to put more effort to getting my replacement got the General Manager info Perla Flores who had hung up on me and would not accept my calls after hanging up this locations needs training or better management"
"How idiotic do you have to be to work at Carl’s Jr on Alameda Blvd…. Well let’s ask Diana the cashier who took my order through the drive through and corrects me on my order of Curly fries. She said “they are Waffle fries.. is that ok?’ I said sure that’s fine. Then I pull up to the window where she already has my bag ready when I drive up, she charges my card gives me my bag and closes the window. I move up to check my order and there is no “waffle fries” and no receipt. I pull around and drive up to the window and ask for my “waffle fries” Diana looks at me and says that will be 4.29. I didn’t have my receipt so I asked .. you didn’t charge me for them?! She said no. Now why would she not charge me for fries that we just had a conversation about being “waffle fries” and only charge me for my hamburger's?? This is the kind of STUPID you can’t make up. Always check your bags because Morons like Diana exist and should be washing the dishes instead of dealing with customers. She didn’t apologize and just shut the window as if I was the one in the wrong. I’m done with this location. If its not Diana. It’s another idiot doing similar things there."
