"After reading the previous reviews I had high hopes of experiencing great customer service. Unfortunately, the employee Gregory B. ensured that I did not. While the store closes at 8pm, and I showed up at 7:10pm, I was quickly turned away because "the lights shut off at 8 and quite frankly, I don't think I'll have enough time to help you". I have previously visited other AT&T stores to get a new phone, as I was hoping to do today, and the process took a total of 30 minutes in my longest experience. With 50 minutes left until closing, I find absolutely no excuse for why I was turned away. So what was it Gregory. Dinner plans? Picking up your kids from some activity? Or just plain laziness? The purpose of closing later in the day is to accommodate people who work the typical full time hours. I appreciate management accounting for that but please address this with Gregory as he apparently did not get the memo that closing at 8 means working until 8."
"After dealing with over 20 hours with care and tech support I read reviews for this store and drove 45 minutes. It was well worth it! Carlos the manager was phenomenal, he had me transferred phone back to original. (My new s23+ had been activated two months prior to my purchase of it.) Bottom line Carlos Ten stars ATT Zippo"
